Hello everyone, last Saturday I was at the annual antique textile market of our Costume Society at Maarn. And with the help of Annemieke van de Berg I was able to buy a hexagon quilt made of silk, from about 1850-60. A rare subject, because I only found 5 silk quilts in the Netherlands, All the same period. I am very happy with it. Thanks Annemieke!
Further a small baby quilt, of woven Marseille work, see picture. So it was a good day!!!
